children

You should remain in the waiting room or parking lot while your child is receiving treatment. If your child is under 15 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present when the child takes the test. We need you to make decisions about your child's oral health care.

For all other dental visits, a parent or legal guardian can allow someone over the age of 18 to bring your child. Ask your health care team for a caregiver designation form.
